Using the app

NurVakti provides prayer times, sourced Quran content, mosque information and personal reading tools. You do not need to open an account. Times can differ depending on the selected location, calculation method and data source; check them against your local official calendar. Calculated times are not presented as official institutional data. Information labeled DEMO is an example. Whether notifications arrive depends on device permissions and operating-system settings.

Digital Pro products and price

The NurVakti Pro (Premium) products offered on the purchase screen give access to digital features. Before buying, check the product’s scope and period and the total price in the current local currency shown by the store. Payment is confirmed through the Apple App Store or Google Play; NurVakti does not receive your card details. This site does not commit to a fixed sale price.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions

The monthly subscription renews automatically for one-month periods and the yearly subscription for one-year periods. To stop renewal, cancel in the subscription settings of the store where you bought it, before the renewal date shown by the store. Cancelling normally does not remove the remaining time of a paid period; the store’s refund or entitlement-revocation actions may change access. Removing the app or deleting data on your device does not cancel the subscription.

Lifetime product

When the lifetime option is on sale, it is a one-time, non-renewing product. No regular subscription fee is charged for the same purchase. It is a permanent purchase right to the Pro features stated on the purchase screen; it does not mean that it covers a new purchase in a different store or all future products and services.

Restoring purchases

Sign in to the same store with the same Apple or Google account you used to buy, and use the Restore purchases option in the app. Access depends on the current purchase status verified by the store. Transferring a purchase between Apple and Google Play is not guaranteed. If you have a restore problem, write to the support address before paying again.

Refunds and support

Refund requests are assessed under the rules of the store where you bought, the transaction status and applicable consumer rights. Cancelling a subscription does not by itself create a refund request. For a refund, you can use the relevant store’s help page, and you can contact us about purchase problems. These terms do not limit your statutory consumer rights.

Source and license information for the Quran text, translations and other content is shown in the app; the relevant licenses apply to the use of third-party content. For data processing and records on your device, see the Privacy page. When reporting a problem, do not send card details, access keys, exact location or personal worship history.
